Sherri Thomas is a Forbes Coaches Council member + writer, President of Your Leadership Lab, and a Fortune 100 leadership coach and personal branding strategist. She has helped thousands of professionals get promoted, switch career tracks, and transition into a more meaningful, purposeful career.
Working +15 years inside a Fortune 100 tech company (including 8 years as the lead branding strategist for VP’s, leaders, and high performers), Sherri has climbed the career ladder inside 4 different industries and held various positions including leadership development, talent coaching, and global management training.
Sherri is an ICF PCC certified coach, and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Maricopa Community College Foundation. She created and owns the “Pass it Forward” scholarship fund that helps diverse women at South Mountain Community College advance their education and career.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in Human Resources leadership, Marc brings a wealth of expertise in various areas, including business partnering, HR operations, compensation planning and implementation, global restructuring, and strategic human capital advisory services.
In his recent role, Marc led the Global Business Partner & Talent Acquisition functions at lululemon. Prior to that, he served as the head of the Talent function for the Global Recruitment & Mobility organization at Meta and held the position of Head of HR Business Partners for the Global Sales and Partnerships team at Twitter, Inc., demonstrating his adeptness in navigating complex and impactful environments.
Today, Marc is an ICF PCC certified coach and serves as an advisory council member at GLG Consulting.
