Speakers:
Caroline is a Learning, Leadership and Talent Strategist with 17 years of experience managing strategic programs across Financial Services, Health Care and Professional Services. She currently lives in Melbourne, Australia with her husband, 2 sons and 2 chocolate labradors and works at Accenture, leading Talent Strategy and Employee Experience for Accenture's Australia and New Zealand business.
Eileen is the Founder and CEO of El Camino Group, LLC, specializing in strength-based leadership and professional development. An expert in strategic planning, executive coaching, and organizational consulting, she is a public speaker, author, and has held positions of EVP/CLO and Region Development Leader for companies such as Wells Fargo Bank and The Marcus Buckingham Company (ADP). Eileen is a Master Coach, a Founding Fellow, and Strategic Advisor to the Harvard-affiliated Institute of Coaching. She is also a start-up advisor, investor, and sits on multiple Boards of Directors.
Kara has a background in Advertising and Technology and continues to work at Google in Leadership Enablement – helping managers become stronger coaches. Prior to her current role, she ran strategy & operations for large sales organizations within Google, partnering with VPs to run complex businesses. She is a Hudson Certified Coach and holds a BA from State University of New York, New Paltz. Kara lives outside of New York City in the Hudson Valley with her husband and two daughters. While away from her desk, she can be found walking her dog, running in the woods or cheering on her daughters in Field Hockey.
Terrence is an Associate Director at McKinsey with the Learning Design and Development Center of Excellence. He brings 30 years of experience in the field of learning design, currently managing a team of 33 global designers to create innovative programs to build the skills of McKinsey’s 43,000 professionals. He also serves as McKinsey’s coaching lead – advocating for ways to scale the impact of coaching globally to achieve McKinsey’s people mission to create an “unrivaled environment for exceptional people.” Terrence is a certified coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching with a passion for helping individuals identify important shifts in their lives and collaborating with them to make and sustain change.
Michael serves as CEO at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, one of the world's premier coach training and corporate coaching organizations. Michael has a Master's in Organizational Psychology from INSEAD and spent 10 years of his career living and working in Southeast Asia and East Africa, where he helped build what is now Africa's largest direct service NGO. Michael also works as a coach, working primarily with startup founders and social entrepreneurs. Michael believes coaching is needed in our world today more than ever before, and he is dedicated to using it to create a more purpose-driven world.
