Everyday Development

A New Take on Scaling Coaching

Today, employees at every level of organizations need to drive and thrive in constant change—actively seeking opportunities to adjust and improve in their day-to-day work, while provoking the same in those around them. The mindset, skills, and habits required for this are some of the foundational elements of coaching, but applied in a new way.

Join our panel of leaders hailing from HP, Boston Consulting Group, and Netflix for a discussion of an innovative approach to development that is designed to reach everyone in an organization, and the ways their organizations are making "everyday development" a reality.

Participants will learn about:

  • How some of the building blocks of coaching can be adapted to make development a product of daily work
  • Accessible strategies and entry points for introducing everyday development into organizations
  • The role of experiential learning and technology in building skills and reinforcing habits
  • How organizations are already benefiting from everyday development practices

Build A Culture of Development

High-quality coaching is an excellent tool for building a resilient and adaptable workforce, but even at scale, it can only reach a fraction of employees. However, when organizations equip employees at all levels to be developmental in the flow of their day-to-day responsibilities, they create the conditions for micro-development to happen every day and at every level—making it central to how work gets done.
