Nicole has spent the last two decades working with executive leaders in Fortune 100 companies as a coach, consultant and leadership development expert. With her deep knowledge of the executive coaching industry, she has helped companies build, scale and operationalize their internal executive coaching practice to achieve their business goals and mobilize the development of leaders while achieving a measurable return on their investments. She has also worked with executives in a variety of industries as they transition into new roles, new companies, or new stages of their life and career. Her approach is to dig into the underlying beliefs and habits that are often the root of executive level success to achieve what her clients never thought was possible.
Dena Paris is a seasoned executive coach and global leadership expert with over three decades of experience in human resources, coaching, and leadership development. Dena believes that coaching can create impactful, lasting change by fostering self-awareness, accountability, and growth in both individuals and teams. It was this belief that led her to set-up and lead a global coaching initiative at Boston Consulting Group, that offers tailored coaching to leaders around the world. With a passion and deep commitment to continuous learning, she actively engages in expanding her knowledge of human behavior and leadership dynamics to support her own growth and that of her clients
Cory Wiltbank is an accomplished senior leader in corporate learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee and Manager Development at HP. With over two decades of experience, Cory is known for his expertise in designing and executing learning strategies that empower leaders and teams to excel. In his role at HP, he leads global efforts to enhance leadership development, learning technologies, and skill-building initiatives. His strategic oversight has helped create impactful learning programs that drive employee growth and organizational success. Prior to his current role, Cory held various senior roles in learning and development, including Director of Learning and Development Innovation and Director of Learning Experiences at Intel.
A certified design thinking coach and experienced facilitator, Cory has coached top executives and delivered transformative leadership development programs. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a BS in Economics from Arizona State University. His contributions to the field have been recognized with accolades such as the Intel Achievement Award.
Michael serves as CEO at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, one of the world's premier coach training and corporate coaching organizations. Michael has a Master's in Organizational Psychology from INSEAD and spent 10 years of his career living and working in Southeast Asia and East Africa, where he helped build what is now Africa's largest direct service NGO. Michael also works as a coach, working primarily with startup founders and social entrepreneurs. Michael believes coaching is needed in our world today more than ever before, and he is dedicated to using it to create a more purpose-driven world.
